What is Coaching?
Unlike therapists and counsellors, professional life and executive coaches don’t focus on the childhood or past experiences that might be the root of the way a person lives or feels. Instead, they help their clients get clear on what they want in the future, why they want it, and how they are going to achieve it.
Coaching is an integral part of a thriving society, and every ICF Member and coach like myself represents the highest quality of professional coaching.
Together we will partner and work on your agenda. You decide what works best and enables your forward vision and focus.
Coaching with me is a partnership I will meet you at your level. You are the expert on yourself. I’m there to support you to discover more.
Professional Coaching Core Values
We are committed to reliability, openness, acceptance and congruence and consider all parts of the ICF community mutually accountable to uphold the following values:
Integrity: We support the highest standards both for the coaching profession and our organisation.
Excellence: We set and demonstrate standards of excellence for professional coaching quality, qualification and competence.
Collaboration: We value the social connection and community building that occurs through collaborative partnership and co-created achievement.
Respect: We are inclusive and value the diversity and richness of our global stakeholders. We put people first, without compromising standards, policies and quality.
Definition of Coaching
ICF defines coaching as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximise their personal and professional potential.
What Type of Clients Do I Work With?
I specialise in tailor-made and personalised strengths and values-based coaching.
Packages available for individual performance, executives and professionals in their 30’s and 40’s.
I partner with my clients to help them:
1. Reconnect with their values and purpose.
2. Remember what it means to be a human being.
3. Build emotional fitness to enable a more calm and confident presence in their personal and professional lives.
I speak or meet with all my potential clients before confirming if we are compatible to work together in a coaching partnership.
I do so to ensure clients expectations and agendas are clear.
It also establishes good connection and rapport for a coaching partnership to begin.
It is essential for you to ensure you have a connection with me before you proceed with life or executive coaching.
Particular areas of interest in my coaching practice include:
Personal and Business Confidence
Identity and Values
I work using a process called developmental coaching. It provides innovative and reflective learning to build emotional “fitness” and achieve a more powerful confident presence in life and business.
I get many clients referred to me based on my “emotional strength” angle on coaching. You can read my client testimonials for more.
15 % Discounts available for prepaid block bookings of 4 or more sessions.
Coaching sessions are both face to face, for those based in Dublin and virtual via Skype or Zoom for international clients. My Dublin practice is available in various central locations, and it is always agreed on an individual basis where and when is most convenient to run our sessions.
If you wish to have your session in a private rental space, this can be arranged. The cost of the rental will be incorporated into your consultation or package price.
