How do you know if I can walk my talk as a coach? You don't! Therefore, you will have to read on to find out more. Then you can come back and check out my client testimonials here.
My name is Pauline Harley. I am a professional coach and International Coaching Federation member currently working towards associate membership. In 2017 I was listed on the top 100 life coach and websites on the web and was a finalist and runner-up in two categories in the International Coaching Federation awards.
How did this become my life?
Well, in 2014, after years of feeling lost not knowing who I was unhappy, unhealthy and miserable. I decided to change my life forever. I know you can hear the tiny violins playing in the background! I got my life together at 38 years of age and dealt with my emotions and feelings that were showing up to challenge me. I learned to deal with them and clear the blocks that got in my way. The truth was I was getting in my way. I worked on my emotional fitness and built my confidence muscle. I did this by lifting my emotions and feelings about myself higher every day. That confidence and self-belief enable me to move forward every day in life and business.
So, I started my blog in 2014 as a simple outlet and as part of my journey to change and personal development. I had no ambitions of making it my business until I was made redundant. My blog, passion for change and emotional intelligence then became my work obsession. I have a strong commitment to improving myself. I am always learning. As a result of this, my blog and business were born. I trained as a professional coach and joined the International Coaching Federation. I immersed myself in developing my health, happiness, and success.
I’m not like other business people or professional coaches that you may have met before. I have tattoos and muscles. I crochet and listen to classical music. It makes me unique in my way. I was also a former competitive natural bodybuilding competitor winning a 1st and 2nd place medal in 2015 and placing in the top 6 in the Irish natural bodybuilding federation nationals in 2016.
It wasn’t always this way. I used to wear a suit when I was an insurance executive for 20 years until I was made redundant in 2015 you can read my blog for more on that ( I still do on occasions when coaching ). But, I realised I wanted to make more of an impact with my brand and in my coaching. I have to be able to show up for me and my clients. My increased self-awareness and emotional fitness enable me to do so.
I am an all or nothing kind of girl. That is how I can help others and create the right rapport and connection to attract the right clients. I work very hard. Everything in life is complicated before it is easy. My physical transformation is the testament to this statement.
